TEAM PLAYER REGISTRATION
In order to take part in the rugby festival all teams are required to complete an official BT Promotions registration form. The name and date of birth of all players must be entered together with a passport size photograph alongside. Alternatives to the photograph can be an official league identification card or a 10 year passport – these must be signed off by a BT Promotions official. Only players registered will be able to take part. Additional players cannot be registered once the first team match has commenced. Only players on the BT Promotions accommodation form can take part in the festival. There are no exceptions to these rules and if any player is found to be breaking these rules there will be an immediate disqualification of the team he/she has played for.

There are fantastic trophies for every player at BT Promotions rugby festivals. Winners and runners-up trophies will be awarded to Managers along with the championship cup for the winners to keep. All other competitors will receive an individual trophy. There will also be a prestigious trophy for the Man of the Match award, for each team that competes.
